Registration Policies

Registration fees are applicable to each participant.
All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
In case of withdrawal or cancellation of participation, the registration fees paid are non-refundable.

Please be informed that a copy of your order form will be emailed to you and the merchandise will only be fulfilled (couriered or delivered), if you opted so, at least 15 days after the purchase date.

Gala Dinner Table Reservation

Tables for the STAROBW25 Gala Dinner are available for registered attendees on subscription basis. Tables are priced from RM500 to RM900. The Table Reservation Form will be made available soon. Watch this space and stay tuned for more updates.

Walk-in’s are always welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reach out by text for quick response on group reservations.

How can I register for STAR OBW 2025?

You can register through our official website by filling out the online registration form or you can visit our registration booth during any STAR OBW 2025's sport/nonsport events.
What is the registration fee?

The registration fee is RM99 (Early Bird Promotion), RM99 (Ordinary)and RM119 (Walk-In). Kindly refer to the promotion poster on our website/social media for more information and updates about all the packages.
Can I cancel my registration after signing up?

No, you can't cancel your registration.
What is the deadline for registration?

The registration deadline for Early Bird Promotion is 31 October 2024, after which the Ordinary registration commences, i.e., 1 November 2024. After the registration deadline, you still can sign up the walk-in package at the price of RM119. However, the slots are limited. Kindly refer to the promotion poster on our website/social media for more information and updates about the Walk-In registration.
How will I know if my registration is successful?

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within 24 hours.
Can I change my registration details after submitting the form?

Yes, you can contact our support team to change your registration details before the deadline.
Do I need to be physically present to register?

No, registration can be completed entirely online. However, if you need assistance, you can visit our registration booth during any STAROBW2025's programs and events.
What is the collection method for STAR OBW 2025 registration package?

You can either self-collect the registration package at STAROBW2025 Registration Booth at STAR, Ipoh during in 2025 or deliver to you doorstep (add-on RM10 for postage fee). For delivery, please ensure the provided address is correct.
